Judith Soames

I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (EMBODY) with whom I am insured. I am also registered with the Aromatherapy Council and the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapists.

I studied at the Natural Therapies Institute in Tyne & Wear. In 1999 I qualified as a Massage Therapist with International Therapy Examination Council diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology and in Massage. In 2000 I also achieved an International Therapy Examinations Council diploma in Aromatherapy Massage.

In 2003 I studied Massage for Pregnancy and Labour with Well Mother achieving a qualification from the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists. This specialist type of Massage is extremely rewarding and I especially enjoy working with expectant mums.

I set up my own practice at Lin D Hairdressing in 2002 where I have a mixed client base, including men, women, old and young. I also work at the Pilates Studio at 2-6 Back Ivy Road,  Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne.

I also sell products such as body lotion for eczema, shampoo for irritated scalp, bubble bath for relaxation and products for pregnancy and labour.
